Iron Silver 13cm Square Plate
An original technique called “Sabishibori (iron paint) ” that makes the surface look metallic is applied before the main firing. Even though the surface is overglazed with silver and copper pigments in the same way, the expression of each one is different after it is fired depending on how the iron reacts. This is what makes this tableware one-of-a-kind.
Finish
Fired at 1300 ℃ after glazing, and then overglazed and fired again at 780 ℃.
